- Enter listing into the MLS Private Network system - marketing your home to other agents and potential buyers even before it hits the market.
- Staging - As a Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) I offer assistance with preparation of your home for sale including Home Staging.
- Schedule time to shoot property photos/videos. Included in your listing: unlimited High Definition Photos taken by a professional real estate photographer for all of my listings. Seller may keep photos for future use. Custom video productions of the property and neighborhood are available.
- Review showing procedure and install lock box (optional). Enter listing into the MLS system.
Second Step:
- Prepare property flyer and syndicate listing to Real Estate websites (Homesnap, Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc.) Internet is the major selling power. In addition to real estate websites your property will be listed on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Begin agent to agent marketing efforts - schedule Broker Tours - as a top producing agent & member of Top Agent Network I will market your home to other agents even before it hits the market.
Third Step:
- Hold Open House - optional.
- Show property to potential buyers.

- Follow-up on incoming leads.
- Monitor market conditions.
- Monitor comparable properties for sale including foreclosures and short sales in market.
